Sports Assessment & Muscular Skeletal Restructuring

With many sports (rugby, netball, hockey, swimming etc.) and physical work-related activities we put our body through significant physical stress and injury, alternatively we are engaged in sports or activities that favour one side of the body (racket, rowing and throwing sports in particular), this in turn leads to uneven muscular development & balance and physical conditions that affect posture and spinal integrity.

This treatment is a combination therapy that allows the general and specific condition of the person to be assessed and corrective treatment to be undertaken that realigns and rebalances the body as well as addressing any psychological issues that may have arisen from the condition.

The techniques used are low velocity low impact movements, the process is re-education not beating the body into submission.
